Does anybody know the issue when he was fighting the Royal Flush gang? Somebody smashed a huge object and Superman caught ALL of the debris before it hit any civilians. It was a pretty impressive speed feat.

That's pretty much what I guesstimated. Plus, lifting it out of the water couldnt have made it any easier.

When the Royal Flush Gang come to Metropolis Superman takes them down, but allows the Ten of Diamonds to lead him to their hideout, where he's confronted by a whole deck of villains.

Is it this one?

To add with that, here's Superman fighting Conduit, who used one of Superman's weaknesses (Kryptonite) against him. Superman was able to defeat him using superspeed, displayed strategy, and protecting innocents; Superman is still holding back too.
