Uhh...no it wouldn't.
When Superman starts to overload with power he says he could level a city block with the slightest touch. This was after had used his heat vision for seven hours straight.

When did this happen? He looks so freaky Juggernaut-sized, I can believe it what he says he could destroy so easily.
