Alpha Flight Respect Thread

Funeral for Guardian
Alpha Flight #101-This seems appropriate after the events of New Avengers #16. Alpha Flight believed when Mac sacrificed his life to save billions, they thought he was gone forever. Heather gives some sad parting ways and those same comments can be applied to each and every member of Alpha Flight. Just to note Mac isn't really dead, he eventually comes back at the end of the series. Still we should pay our respects to Alpha Flight

Wait a tick if vol.3 is canon then AF isn't dead, that was a weaker version of AF from a divergent timeline 🙂 The real ones are in space

well i sooooooooo hope so, because the way alpha went down was just unacceptable. if new avengers or x-men are supposed to deal with this threat, then no way in hell should alpha have died in less than a second, or else, the x-men or avengers have no hope of beating this thing/person.

They probally will still beat them, and it will make Alpha FLight even look worse since even they couldn't do it.

Anyway, Just so Alpha flight folk don’t spend the entire weekend bummed out, don’t worry too much because there are big plans in the works for our Canadian super team. I think when it all comes to fruition; all our Marvel faithful north of the border are going to be thrilled."

Alpha Flight#4-Mac with his suit hacks into the Plodex ship and gains information and knowledge from it. Many years later the Avengers with Iron Man try to do the same thing but it takes them a lot more work and they didn't fully understand how it worked.

Oh I still buy a lot of things Marvel, just lately DC has been getting more of my paycheck. I don't pidgeon hold myself to just one company.
