No, he used his laser vision to open up his chest. That wouldn't have happened to some of the older incarnations, though.

Supes can uses his super speed pick hulk up n toss him into space

Supes can use a direct heat vision on the hulse eyes, n blind , then toss him into space

WEn batman versed the hul, bat used pressure points agasinst the hulk, supes can do the same thing to the hulk, with his speed and strength

a) Laying on his unconscious green ass

or

b) Dead
