The mountain feat in Secret Wars is nowhere near Hulk's best strength feat.
Btw, how exactly did you come up with 60 Quintillion tons of force? Nowhere was it mentioned, and it certainly doesn't take that much damage to harm Superman.
In other words, not only is it completely baseless, but you pulled it out of your ass. Darkseid cannot provide the force necessary to equal that, and there's no way you can justify that claim.

At base level Hulk is not the strongest in the MU and it does take him time to get to uber power levels, by that time Supes has pounded him about 50 billion times. Hulk can not start the fight all amped up as the rules state; only at his max levels would he be able to stand a chance.

Technically CIS is what happens to Superman in most of his fights. He's just got that boyscout mentality holding him back from attacking people at 10 trillions time the speed of light.
