Yes.

Him being at a calm state, still causing Planetary destruction by just punching someone is proof enough to me.

Sending shock-waves throughout the planet by punching someone is no great deal especially fighting underground and its certainly not planetary destruction. As usual over-hyping of feats

"worldbreaker" is just a name hulk was given, so in continuity he is still the worldbreaker as he denounced the name "green scar".

just for clarification: i'm not saying he has the same power/feats as the merged creature, just that he has the same moniker in continuity. he might very well have kept the power since he's lost none of his IQ apparently, but it's not certain as he lost banner who is integral to hulk's true power...well, he was before

anyway, superman has clearly been remade so it's definitely different than what that character has going on
