why would you need to prove that Hulk can go WB, when the point of the last three great sweeping arcs of Hulkamania has been that he has to stop himself from going WB.

Even now, Bannerless and fully independent (well, seemingly so), he can smack around soldiers without killing them and also smack gamma monsters whilst delivering earthquakes worldwide.

Why would you assume that Hulk has been depowered or somehow stripped of his normal abilities?

But Supes makes other speedsters look slow. He's just in another league of speed when he pours it on. Plus he can use his speed to go intangible. So I really dnt see how Hulk hits him.
