I see it kind of like this. Hulk won't be touching Supes if Supes plays it smart and does not want him to, like the video showed.
But with CIS on after speed blitzing and KO'ing Hulk, Supes will take his time, fly around, and then be surprised Hulk is already getting up again, at which point Hulk will get his licks in.
Otherwise with CIS off he will just Combo Hulk with multiple planet shattering punches plus Heat Vision, then bfr him into space.

You know the meaning of PIS and CIS tends to wear rather thin after a particular character defies that opinion of them. Sentry like Superman should have never been hit, nor Gladiator, or the many other speedsters that the Hulk has tagged throughout his history, but there it was on panel happening time and again.
With Plot Induced Stupidity on, then obviously no one would win. They would fight like morons and conclude the battle as a draw with some lame excuse after a long showoff meaningless fight, because the writers don't want to piss their fanbase off, and they want to use the characters in more comics to earn more money... Why would we even consider how the comicbook writers would try to prolong this battle?
If we are going to talk about who would actually win, then the answer would be superman.
The battle starts...Hulk engulfs himself in his OMNI attack like he always does. Superman tries to heat vision and ice breath him from a distance, its not doing CRAP to the Hulk, he's literally just standing there laughing. Superman flies in to finish it with his fist and gets hit by an omni blast that knocked 4 Heralds off of Hulk. The blast daze Superman...Hulk hits Superman one time, it take all the energy from Supes...he has never been hit so hard. Hulk hits him again, Superman is out on the ground knocked the hell out. Hulk then proceeds at stepping on his head, killing him.
Hulk wins 10/10.
People pretending that Superman is unhittable doesn't know anything about the character...this isn't Flash and even if it was, Flash gets hit all the time as well. A simple thunder clap from Hulk could take Superman out of the fight. This USE to be a fight when it was Savage Hulk, that is no more. Hulk kills Superman or any other Herald in his tier.

If you all want to ignore CIS...I would be glad to open up the Thor vs Superman thread and say that Thor beats Superman 10/10 via soul suck, energy drain or bfring when we know Thor rarely takes this route. I could easily say that Surfer beats Superman 10/10 via creating knite, red sunlight, a black hole in his brain...etc, etc, when we know Surfer rarely if ever go this route. Superman would basically not have a chance against most heralds if we ignore CIS. Hell, Firelord could pull a 10/10. HELL, Super Skrull could pull a 10/10. Hell, Sue Richards can pull a 10/10 against Superman.
Like I've stated before, CIS is a b***** sometimes. Let's not ignore it because you don't want a character to win.

No need to lowball when everything I have said is true. Firelord statements is true, Sue, Super Skrull, Thor, Surfer... Gladiator, Hyperion, Superman, and Wonder Woman would lose a 10/10 against these people with CIS off if I just wanted to throw sh** out there forgetting the characters mindset...basically turning them into Zombies. Using the robot versions of each...all of them pull a 10/10 against Superman. Firelord wraps himself up in "non yellow sunlight that was hot enough to rip through Surfer" and then proceeds at draining Supes like hes playing checkers with a 6 yr old. The rest, I've already explained.
