Nope, that's just your interpretation of that particular scene, which is something that isn't trusted here. Superman has also affected physical bodies with vibrations, he even moved a planet to another dimension by it. Once again do you have any other proof other than your opinion?

Why would I do that? You're free to interpret as you want, doesn't matter. I don't have to prove a negative. Has superman affected physical bodies with vibrations? Yes. Can he analyze frequencies? Yes. Can he produce counter-vibrations? Yes. What is so complicated about it?
