Superman doesn't have a healing factor. He can heal by absorbing sunlight.

it would take a while but Hulk is going down.

Supes could fly around him and Hulk couldn't touch him. Hulk may get a good punch or two but he would eventually tire while supes just needs the sun to get recharged. And hulk can jump high but he can't fly.

Hulk would last a long time but eventually Hulk is going down!!!

Hulk can cope with superspeed. His reflexes and accuracy are uncanny.

Ehhh.... I would say that, but we all know it depends on wh he's fighting. His reflexes and accuracy were dormant against a few opponents.

But I get what youre saying nonetheless. For a brute, he does have exceptional speed, but Supes is waaaay faster, and if he really didint want Hulk to hit him, Hulk aint hitting him.

Hulk is a big hunk of hurt! He will prolly throw Superman around for awhile, and mess him up pretty bad. Thats what I think.

If I am Superman, I'll grab Hulk and bring him up all the way to the space unti he loses his consciousness and then beat him up in the moon. So in my opinion, Supes wins this battle.

superman would throw the hulk into space and let hulk suffocate. but then again, i dont think superman could be that mean
