Why? Cause it has 2 men kissing? Grow up, that is not porn, and there is nothing wrong with children seeing it. It might actually open their eyes to new possibilities and make them more accepting.
I liked the last episode, it was what the show needed to be all along, an intense story with high drama and decent acting.

torchwood shows on bb3 most time, now how many children have access to that channle in there bedroom? not many
when it shows on bbc2 its after watershed if parents dont monitor what there children watch after this time. there problem
besides the kiss was hawt hawt hawt.
i loved the whole season but was slightly disappointed with abadon and the whole ending fight 🙁

The BBc have stated that they were show an edited version for the children.
Did anyone watch last nights show?
Well, last night's was pretty much better than the entirety of the first season, with only the last two episodes from last year matching it...
I liked it a lot, it was very funny...and Gwen is still completely useless despite the fact that she was apparently running things while Jack was gone. I also think they probably should have pressed Jack a bit more about his disappearance as everyone seemed to have dropped and forgotten about that pretty quickly, but otherwise, it was rather good, I thought.
Hopefully the rest of the season keeps up and it's like S3 of Doctor Who in which even the weak episodes are still great 😛
(also, can't wait to see Martha...yay!)

Yeah there is an edited version at about 7.00pm, forgotten the day. What do they edit out? anyone seen it. Do they edit out the same sex stuff? would be very interesting to know if how they dealt with that.
I'm not too keen on Torchwood actually, never have been. I'm not too bothered about the 'sex lives' of the characters(heterosexual or homosexual), roll my eyes everytime something like that happens in the show... one big bore.

He likes both men and woman from what I can remember. All the main characters are the same I think.
Yeah I caught a bit of the end from the edited version today and they kept one kiss in between John and Jack. Don't know about the first kiss in the bar at the start of the episode. Don't see why they should edit that out because we have things like Hollyoaks on at 6.00pm last time I looked and they have same sex storylines in. Even Doctors which is on around 2.00pm on BBC1.
They are going to have to edit the second episode well for the gore scenes though without messing it all up.
