Well lightsaber fighting isn't really her strongest point in the game. She is weak with a lightsaber at the start of the game and her class does not focus on combat. She could still be good with a lightsaber but not great, this is made pretty clear by how the game portrays her from the start. Still not great with a lightsabe rdoesn't mean that much in that day and age.

Well...Sion did cut her hand off, didn't he ? If she was great with a lightsaber (or a vibroblade) she would have been able to protect herself against that attack.
Not that this point even matters here considering the fact that Kreia is able to kill or at least effectively knock out force users with her own force abilities meaning she can most likely defeat Anakin, Obi-Wan and Luke without using a weapon.

At the start of Kotor II her lightsaber skills and her strength do not really make her a lightsaber fighter. Of course she was hiding most of her power most of the time, but I think its still safe to assume that she's not all that good with a lightsaber. Not bad, but I not good either, she seems to rely far more on the force and she absolutely excels in that.

Why?
I mean Sion says he hunted her, whats is his goal if not to kill her if not to capture her. Hunt her down until either one of them just dies because they can't go on anymore. Or hunt her down till she dies of old age. I never understood why Sion and Nihilus let her go but for some reason they did... Probably... But why hunt her down after that? Was the chase really that much fun, would it be worth the risk? I don't know I just think its strange that they let her live... And that he would have let her go away. Besides it doesn't seem like something Kreia would do... Crawl away.
