i dunno how you guys can watch that crap, the games are so damn boring. 90 minutes and theres only like 6 shots on goal in a game for both teams combined.

well the reason i say hockey is teh best, those players dont get hurt over silly little things like soccer players. and theres more goals, more shots, takes more talent to play. have to be stronger, faster, tougher.

If anyone is going to talk to FIFA it is the Italians, many of whom believe the game was rigged. Ah, well, you know how emotional some people can get.

Anyway, the USA is playing very well, no doubt about it. Great goalkeeping, and while the rest of their play is dull and uninventive it is done very well indeed, and most importantly they are playing well as a team. Portugal found out the hard way that all the good ball skills in the world are no good if you are eleven men against one solid team.

Poland got it together and thrashes the Yanks, though. I would be surprised if Germany does not do the same.

i dont like basketball to much either, they score way to much, takes the tension out of the game, hockey is just right. 5-6 goals a game, 30 shots a game, lots of action, soccer is watching a couple of guys pass the ball back and forth and shoot every 13 minutes or so.

lol, its not like its a hard game to understand buddy, people pass the ball around for an hour and a half and shoot 5 times or so, any retard with a foot and a ball can play, why do you think its so popular. its the easiest sport to play. and the easiest to watch.

In any case, it doesn't matter if you like football or not. We all do and we just want to talk about the World Cup here, not get bogged down in a talk about the merits of football. I'd rather like to get back to that.

of course hockey takes skating ability, and you gotta be somewhat tough to play hockey, and weakling can play soccer. and most of them are weaklings considering theyr get hurt so easily. in hockey people get punched in the face and get broken noses but they still play teh game, in soccer, they fall down and scrape their knees they leave leave the game cuz they cant play anymore, kinda pathetic.
