Code name: The Teleportress

Real Name: Nivitte Bwilloe
Nivette has the ability to teleport anyone or anything away to any other place or time. She first discovered this when she was being made fun as a 19 yr old outcast. She yelled at her hecklers "I wish you would just go away" and they ended up in a Siberian coal mine in January with only their underwear on. She can teleport objects as large as the state of Texas. She is also connected psychically to the time continuim and can tell if any threat to herself is coming so that she can teleport out of harm's way. She is a normal human in terms of size and strength for a woman who does absolutely no exercise and who eats like crap.

You guessed it: Basically she can not be defeated--if any entity, even abstract level, wishes to do her harm, she can always teleport them away or teleport herself away before the attack. She can see enemies in the time continuim and actually teleport them away in their past or future either one as well. Oh, and she can teleport really really tough enemies into other universes so they don't keep coming after her in case they are nearly omnipotent enemies who can also navigate space-time and keep her on the run. Only an omniversal-level abstract entity could thwart her powers and take her down.

Code name: Major Double
Real Name: Julo Wolbert

Julo was an army officer who volunteered for an experiment which affected a crucial area of the DNA which was speculated to be involved with both evolution and mutant special powers. He was not a mutant, and it technically still not. The result of the experiment is that if he dies or is killed, the inter-dimensional space which all matter and energy fluctuate from will replace his original DNA and return him to full adult body size in 30 seconds, only each times he is approximately 2X as strong, intelligent, durable, and full of stamina as he was the time before. To date he has died 10 times so he is 1,024 times as strong etc as originally. The next time he will come back 2048 X, and so on and so on. Because his regeneration comes from an inter-dimensional source, it is virtually impossible to kill him for good outside of a very strong abstract diety.
Major Double is completely unafraid of any enemies due to his power. He was previously killed several times by armed bandits and super-powered thugs. The last time it took a small nuclear warhead, which may work 1 more time before even that will not kill him.
He is employed by U.S. special ops command as an independent agent fighting dictatorships and socialist-infested areas of the world. Major Double's personality and early life was during the cold war so he still talks about commies a lot, even though the former Soviet Union is no more.
More recently he has enlisted for duties with the U.S. Space Force to journey to other planets, where he is to be an "agent for hire" in battling super-villans.
MD does not need food, water, or air since he surpassed a certain multiplicity level. Soon only a planet-destroying attack will hurt him, then beyond that he will be nearly invulnerable.

P.S. are any of my characters interesting? (maybe a bit too powered up, hehehe). 😛

Nice thread. OK firstly this bio is done in the style of the Marvel/DC Database wikis. I have also tried to simulate the contradictions that exist between bios and comics. 🙂 Hopefully I will have a character history soon. Dude is basically a chi manipulating, uber skilled MA psychopath.

Real name: Unknown
Alias: The character has on numerous occasions referred to himself simply as a "Student" or as "The Student".
Age: Early twenties based on physical appearance.
Sex: Male
Height: 183cm
Weight: 91 kg
Eye colour: Black or dark brown
Hair colour: Black
Alignment: Neutral

Peak human strength. His training means he can military press no more than 800lbs with supreme effort.
Peak human stamina.
Peak human durability. His hands are capable of catching bullets without being harmed though.
Peak human speed. This almost certainly relates to his running speed since he has on numerous occasions demonstrated combat speed which surpasses this. For example he has dodged automatic gunfire at point blank range after the shots were fired. Recently he was shown to be able to dodge laser beams fired from computer operated turrets. Though he collapsed exhausted and with severe burns (not from laser fire) immediately afterwards. For more on this see the abilities section.

Superhuman reflexes: The Student regularly deflects automatic gunfire with the palms of his hands or even feet. He also frequently catches bullets fired from automatic weapons at various angles with the greatest of ease.

Abilities
Super-humanly skilled martial artist: Though only a young man he is skilled enough in the martial arts to regularly fight hoards of highly skilled vastly physically superior superhuman opponents and emerge totally unscathed. In fact no opponent has of yet managed to land a blow on him in all the fights he has had.He is also able to 'read' his opponents to the extent that he knows exactly what they are going to do even before they do. Conversely he is able to prevent other martial artists from doing the same to him. This ability also extends to the wider battlefield and to other non-melee foes (i.e helicopter gunships, tanks etc).Such is his skill he has been shown to simply 'know' precisely where and when things will happen during any kind of violent encounter or combat.

Master chi manipulator: His superhuman grasp of martial arts also extends to esoteric and mystical principles. He is able to influence the chi of others, but it seems only for violent reasons. He regularly strikes foes once or twice then immediately their internal organs dissolve, rupture, explode, melt and even simply cease functioning. For example when fighting a sorcerer who could magically repair damaged tissue and regenerate lost limbs instantly, he simply caused the man's heart and lungs to compress undamaged by palm striking him twice. With no injury to heal from the sorcerer simply died from asphyxiation.

Superhuman striking power: He is also able to generate tremendous force with his punches, kicks etc. He has punched through solid steel blast doors; disintegrated granite walls by kicking them; kicked and punched the heads off superhuman enemies; kicked people in half; reduced foes to piles of pulverised flesh and even totally collapsed the entire side of a mountain with a sidekick. He has also hit a superhuman bounty hunter with such force, the man's bones turned to powder and his blood boiled.

Healing Factor: His grasp of chi also enables him to heal from wounds much quicker than a normal person would. For example days to heal from an injury that would usually take weeks or months to heal from.He cannot regenerate lost body parts though.

He is also totally immune to telepathic attacks. He has mentioned how he can deliberately cloud his mind with misleading thoughts in order to confuse mind readers. Also he has been shown to fight in his words "without thinking" when he faced a powerful telepathic old kung fu master.

The Student sounds awesome. I think of Karate Kid and the famous Bat-kick when you describe him. Perhaps he will be rivals or teammates with Ninjitsu McFu someday.

Street Name: Kiksu ("Kicks-U"😉

Kiksu is a mutant who has the unique ability to add kinetic energy to his feet anytime he wants to kick something. He can not use the ability to run faster, or use any other part of his body to do this. He is able to stomp the ground in a similar fashion but can not increase his jumping ability beyond high-average human range (same as his running speed).
When Kiksu says he's going to put his shoe up your butt he's not kidding. He can kick hard enough to pierce two layers of brick, or 6 inches of concrete. He is able to kick in steel doors less than 1 inch thick.
Kiksu has a natural ability (which did not need to be trained) to fight in a martial arts style which involves fast kicking, often with large swinging motions flipping his whole body around as a means to deflect enemies' attacks as well as deliver kicks. His speed and coordination is low superhuman--he could deflect about 4 baseballs per second thrown at 100 MPH each. He can not deflect bullets via this manner though, as he is not fast enough.
Kiksu sees himself as more of a street fighter than a trained martial artist, since he never took any formal training.
He can wear down shoes easily doing this, so he often goes barefooted if he knows trouble is brewing.

Raven has great ambition and has a great lust for power.

A mutant that has the power of Multiple Man, which he would keep a secret with all his being.

Creating copies, individually he studies and learns, history (all fields), archaeology, multiple languages, hand to hand combat, sword arts, arms usage, espionage, anatomy and acrobatics.

A Canadian citizen, Raven went into the Canadian military. Doing his best to excel beyond his peers and expectations in attempts of getting into Weapon X.

In joining he's granted a healing factor and further training.

Down the road he leaves (runs) from the organization after stagnating there only to serve their own twisted needs. To progress towards becoming more powerful, he seeks refuge in the US.

After making some considerable distance from himself and his pursuers he makes himself known to S.H.I.E.L.D. by getting in contact with some circles within the States that he's made over the years, that are also in connection with S.H.I.E.L.D., asking for protection and swearing allegiance.

He is accepted and begins his training as a S.H.I.E.L.D agent.

After many years of working for S.H.I.E.L.D. making his way up, doing what was asked of him, he gets a considerable clearance level. High enough to allow him to read some previously classified files within the S.H.I.E.L.D. system. In particular that which interested him most, were files on the Uni-power.

His desire to gain the Uni-power for his own use leads him to research those that he believes best to help him procure it: Dr. Gilbert Wiles and Mr. Fantastic.

Eventually he asks to be released from S.H.I.E.L.D. which they do but, not without keeping a close eye on him. However with his power and expertise, he feels little of their presence. Using copies to lose them and/or lead them elsewhere when he finds it necessary.

Raven tracks down Dr. Wiles and works out arrangements to study the Uni-power with him. Offering him moderate sums of cash (which he procured as an accomplished agent of S.H.I.E.L.D) to deviate the doctors desire to acquire the power for himself and also for his assistance. Now he must get into contact with Mr. Fantastic in attempts to get him involved with the project.

In order to get Dr. Richards on board, Raven felt he had to make a deal, for Dr. Richards would not be interested in money. Thus, he relented his secret (his ability to make copies of himself) to Reed, for reasons of lending his body to the scientific studies of Dr. Richards. This helps him to convince Reed to lend them his assistance. With Reeds tech, he has a shot at, at least procuring a way to find the Uni-power.

Against all odds, everything goes according to plan and Reed decides to lend his lab and mind for the sake of science (and Raven's own endeavors). Dr. Richards felt that they could, with their combined efforts, either duplicate the Uni-power or manifest it. He proves his prediction relatively accurate. The scientist manage to create a synthetic version of the Uni-power. Lacking in sentience but, maintaining all the basic attributes.

With the Uni-power at their behest for use, Raven takes it for himself. He then secretly creates a copy. The copy stays for them to study, as promised, while the other travels the explorations of space. In this way Raven can learn of his new found abilities under the supervision of Dr. Richards and Dr. Gilbert while the other can test said powers on the field and explore the unknown.

Once their studies are complete and assuming that Raven does not need to return for any reasons before hand, he reunites with his copy.

During his time in space, certain events take place (i.e. crossing paths with Skrulls) that cause his desire for power to grow and in essence plant the seeds of corruption.

Shortly there after (several months), Raven takes up studies on mutant biology and other related studies. A direction inspired by his run in with the Skrulls.

His research has him come across the names; Dr. Moira Kinross MacTaggert, Nathaniel Essex (Mr. Sinister) and Apocalypse.

He seeks them out.

Finding Dr. MacTaggert dead and Apocalypse missing, Raven furthers his studies by seeking out Mr. Sinister and any of Dr. Moira Kinross MacTaggert's research.

While Raven learns a great deal from the research, he needs the expertise of someone within the field.

Raven finds himself at the door of the X-Mansion and ends up talking to Dr. Henry Philip "Hank" McCoy (Beast), whom he has discourse with until Professor Charles Xavier appears. Xavier quickly discovers Raven's goals and attempts to deter him of his plans. Raven refuses and becomes angry. However he leaves without raising a finger and takes his endeavors elsewhere.

Eventually, after several years, Raven finds Mr. Sinister. Raven finds him unwilling to aid him at first. The two discuss things and find common ground but, ultimately find themselves at odds. Raven asks Mr. Sinister what he wants in return for his service. He replies "Scott Summers."

Soon after Raven Attacks the X-mansion. He overwhelms the X-Men and abducts Cyclops and travels back to Mr. Sinister's lair.

They use test subjects to perform their research to create that which Raven desires. Until he finds upon researching within Mr. Sinister's data base, that the powers of that of the mutant Exodus, entices him most.

Raven has Sinister aid him in duplicating the abilities of Exodus for his own personal use. This process takes several months.

Aware of Sinister's reputation of deceit, Raven creates a copy unknown to Sinister and has it undergo the mutation. Despite seeing no foul play, he then turns on Mr. Sinister and blasts him with a concussive energy blast, knocking him unconscious. He then proceeds to mind wipe Mr. Sinister and frees Cyclops.

While his actions appear noble, Raven's intentions are unclear, for soon after he makes a declaration through global broadcasting by overtaking a television station in New York, that the world a prize decided for the fittest. He goes on to say that he will unify and save the world from corruption, by force if necessary.

Now with the power he desired Raven starts his path to conquer Earth to mold it to his ideal image of how things should be.

In the process Raven would recruit those that would serve him. A campaign mirroring that of Magneto's crusade.

Soon after, Raven attacks the X-mansion. At first, he overwhelms them but, the combined powers of Jean Grey and Professor Xavier begin to turn the tide. But just as soon as Raven loses the upper hand, Raven creates several copies of himself and unleashes a powerful barrage of assaults on the X-men. The team is set in disarray and vulnerable from the attack. Raven takes his opportunity and captures Cyclops and travels back to Mr. Sinister's lair.

With Cyclops captive, Mr. Sinister warps and twists Summers with his experiments and changes the man to serve him.

Raven has Sinister aid him in duplicating the abilities of Exodus for his own personal use. This process takes several months.

Raven, evaluating his weaknesses, decides the difficulty of dealing with telepaths must be rectified. They go through Sinister's data base to find the best possible chemistry to counter such offenses. It isn't long before Raven finds the file of Exodus. Upon Reviewing the mutants abilities, Raven decides duplicating the mutants abilities would be most elementary.

The two perform countless test on helpless subjects. Each trial bringing them closer to fruition.

Finally after months of experimenting, they create a suitable strand of DNA that matches and provides the abilities of the mutant Exodus.

After freeing Cyclops, Raven recruits him into his fold. Having Cyclops serve him and devote his being to Raven's will.

It isn't long after before Raven makes his next move and his intentions clear. Soon after, he overtakes a television station in New York, making a global declaration that the world is a prize, awarded to the fittest. He goes on to say that he will unify and purify the world from corruption and disease.

Armed with a vast arsenal of abilities and skills, he begins to burn a path to his goal by obliterating the S.H.I.E.L.D. helicarrier and laying waste to S.H.I.E.L.D.'s HQ. Claiming that S.H.I.E.L.D. detains and controls the lives of those who may change the world. Stating that whomever poses to be a threat to them is treated like a cancer.

He continues his path by recruiting those who would serve him and/or ally themselves to him (aside from Cyclops, whom is already in service to him). Individuals such as the Hulk, Mystique, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, Loki and Dr. Doom.

The Avengers, the X-Men and the Fantastic Four, even the likes of Magneto and Mr. Sinister, rally in attempts to stop Raven.

And as the day begins to set into night, many are reminded of the campaign that Magneto had taken so many years ago and wonder if history will repeat itself.

Gary Stu attacks.

😐

She has that time teleport thing to stop that.

A transtemporal entity could take her down in a snap. By definition, it'd be outside her time radar, and it could act infinitely faster than she could react, with her ordinary, junk-food powered thinking and reaction speed.

Paperboy

Real name: Arthur Robert Baardvark
Other aliases: paperboy, The Paperboy, Dark Paperboy
Occupation: Paperboy, part-time car washer, perennial loser
Other relatives: Unknown
Allies: X-Men, Captain America, Avenger Prime, Thunder Blunder
Enemies: Magneto, Blob, The Fearsome Four, (as Dark Paperboy) The Void, Ultima

Born to Dutch immigrant parents in Pennsylvania, Arthur grew up in a strict protestant household where he developed severe self-esteem problems. By the age of 16 he was a loner, shunned at school, ignored by girls, a failure both academically and at sports, and completely overshadowed by an overachieving younger brother on whom his parents lavished attention and praise.

As a teenager Arthur worked a paper route, which along with some freelance car-washing provided a modest income and some much-needed independence from his overbearing parents. One day, when he accidentally delivered a newspaper to the wrong house, Arthur found that he was able to move a newspaper simply by thinking about it. Although his powers scared him, he began to experiment in secret in an isolated area of woodland, discovering that he could move, reshape, and manipulate paper in all its forms by applying the power of thought. When discovered by his brother he ran away from home in shame, never to return. Later, a strange bald man appeared and offered him the chance to join a group of "similar, like-minded freaks" called the X-Men. Arthur readily accepted.

Early in his studies Arthur accompanied Cyclops, Wolverine, White Queen, Colossus, Storm, and Rogue on a civilian outing in New York. The X-Men unexpectedly encountered Magneto and a battle followed. The X-Men were quickly defeated, leaving only the young mutant Arthur to face the Master of Magnetism. Magneto played on the boy's weak self esteem, belittling him and denigrating his "useless" powers. As Magneto turned to leave, dismissing young Baardvark as not even worth his time, Arthur finally snapped and launched into a full scale attack. At first Magneto laughed, erecting a magnetic shield to protect himself, before realizing that his powers had no effect on the paper products flying at him. Arthur began drawing on paper from all over the immediate vicinity of the city block: newsstand newspapers and magazines, reams of office paper, toilet rolls, food wrappers, and street rubbish. Magneto was being overwhelmed in a storm of paper the size of a small tornado, his costume and skin slashed by thousands of tiny papercuts. In desperation he used magnetism to form random pieces of metal into giant scissors in an attempt to free himself, but in the chaos of the paper maelstrom he only succeeded in cutting himself further. Finally Magneto passed out from a combination of blood loss and lack of oxygen. When the X-Men recovered, Arthur was so ashamed of his display of power that he told them that while they were unconscious the Sentry flew down and defeated Magneto then flew away. When questioned about the incident later in a secure S.H.I.E.L.D. holding facility Magneto also went with this version of events.

Paperboy later suffered a psychological breakdown, going through a "Dark Paperboy" phase and displaying terrifyingly heightened levels of power. He has since recovered and his power levels have returned to normal. He is currently studying at Xavier's academy, only rarely taking part in missions with the X-Men.

Powers: Paperboy has the power to manipulate paper at a molecular level. He has demonstrated complete control over paper, cardboard, glossy paper, and other paper-based products. He cannot control wood or cellulose based products in general, but it is not known if this is a due to a limitation of his powers or some sort of subconscious mental block. The upper limit to how much paper he can manipulate at one time is unknown, however on several occasions such as his battle with Magneto and his Dark Paperboy phase, Paperboy has been seen to manipulate vast quantities of paper and cardboard with seemingly little effort. Wolverine has postulated that Paperboy is an Omega level mutant, and that as his mutant physiology matures he will potentially to transform his physical body into paper, or even transfer his consciousness into any nearby paper-based products and reform his body, much as Iceman is able to do with water.

Fighting skills: Arthur has been extensively trained by Wolverine, Cyclops, and various other X-Men in martial arts and hand-to-hand combat, but he never really picked it up and is still considered crap.

The Paperboy sounds really neat. I would love to see Magneto get a facefull of "used" poopy toilet paper.

Lady Batkick

Born from a quest for vengeance, rising from the aftermath of the Battle for the Cowl comes Gotham’s latest femme fatale... Lady Batkick!

At the age of 12, Jennifer Roberts witnessed the death of her family at the hands of Gotham mobsters. She swore that from that day forth she would devote her life to avenging them and ensuring such a tragedy would never happen to another innocent again. Collecting every piece of information she could on the Batman - video footage, news reports, interviews with Arkum inmates - she dedicated herself to mastering the Dark Knight's greatest weapon - the legendary BATKICK! Aged 19, after years of intensive training and spending almost every waking hour on her obsession, Jennifer finally mastered the devastating kick, achieving an almost zen-like state where she could perfectly execute the attack without even consciously thinking.

She didn't have long to wait before the first opportunity arose to put her skill to use - when terrorists struck at the Gotham Mint, the world witnessed the incredible debut of Gotham's newest protector - Lady Batkick! In front of media, police, and onlookers, Lady Batkick launched a devastating attack on 15 armed terrorists - poor quality security footage from inside the Mint showed Roberts unleashing the Batkick no less than 8 times in a fight lasting only 22 seconds. Unknown to Jennifer, Batman observed the fight from the shadows. He was so impressed with her mastery of the kick that he invited her to become part of the Bat-Family, an offer she proudly accepted. Lady Batkick now works regularly with Batman, Robin, Batgirl, and Oracle.

Lady Batkick also uses a utility belt inspired by that of the Dark Knight and has a passing familiarity with a number of other martial arts moves, but rarely needs them.

Dumbiac

Real Name: Duncl Dox

Brainiac's dumbass younger cousin in the 30th century. He has a level -6 intelligence.

After failing to become a Legionnaire (the Legion agreed that yes, being the stupidest being in the galaxy is unique, but no, stupidity alone does not constitute an actual power) Duncl briefly embarked on a life of crime. He was captured on his first heist, attempting to rob a major Science Police station unarmed, without a plan, and by himself during its busiest shift.

Duncl was released on a good behaviour bond and Brainiac kept him at the Legion HQ to keep an eye on him. Later Mordru and Validus invaded the HQ intent on defeating the Legion, but found Duncl the only resident as the Legion were off on a critical mission in space. Mordru decided to wait, but became enraged when Duncl failed to even recognize him as a threat, with Duncl not believing in magic despite Mordru's various demonstrations of his powers ("oh come on, how stupid do you think I am old man?"😉 While passing the time, Validus defeated Dumbiac in a game of tri-dimensional chess of such poor standard that Mordru became even further enraged at the complete ineptness of both players. Later Dumbiac attempted to direct Mordru to the Legion HQ bathroom. Instead he accidentally trapped the powerful sorcerer in a vacuum broom closet, thus inadvertently defeating him. The Legion returned to find Mordru still held captive, since Duncl had been unable to work out how to release him, and Duncl harmlessy watching Holo-TV with Validus. As a result of his efforts Duncl was given membership in the Legion of Substitute Heroes as "Dumbiac".

The X-Rejects:

The X-Rejects was the nickname given to a group of mutant students at Xavier's academy who were considered to have such useless powers that they could never join the X-Men or any other X-group.

When all of the X-Men on Utopia Island were captured by mutant War-Skrulls left over from Secret Invasion, the X-Rejects banded together to finally prove their worth by saving the X-Men.

However, all the X-Rejects were killed by the Skrulls during the rescue attempt. Later, the X-Men freed themselves.

Members:

Gaseous:
Lisa Palmer had the ability to convert herself into a gaseous state, much like Vapor of the U-Foes. But while in her gaseous state she could barely think and would start to dissipate, so she could only stay as a gas for 5-10 seconds at most. In her gaseous state she could not actually control her form, and if she was exposed to any wind or breeze that dissipated her more than a few feet she would effectively be killed. She smelt terrible in gas form, like methane and hydrogen sulphide. She was also highly flammable as a gas, and had to stay away from naked flames or sparks. She was killed when she was ignited by a Skrull laser blast.

X-Loser:
X-Loser had powers similar to Rogue or Mimic, except that rather than powers he permanently absorbed the specific weaknesses any super-beings in the immediate vicinity. After encountering Namor, Venom, Iron Man, Superman, Green Lanterns, and Martian Manhunter during the Access Marvel/DC crossover, X-Loser became vulnerable to dehydration, sonics, heart problems, kryptonite, magic, yellow, wood, and fire. He was killed by a magical yellow wooden kryptonite-tipped sonic vibrating lance stabbed through his heart while fighting in the hot engine room on the Skrull ship, at the same time he was caught in a fireball as his teammate Gaseous exploded after being ignited by a laser.

Kid Abysmal:
Brian Arthur Pennington's below-average showings at high school resulted in his father sending him to Xavier's academy in the hope that it would improve his performance. However Xavier realized that the boy was actually a mutant - one whose X-gene caused him to perform consistently below the human average at any human activity. Brian was sub-par across the board - below average intelligence, terrible at sports, hopeless at hand-to-hand combat. He was killed while trying to board the Skrull warship, when he fell off a ladder and plummeted to his death.

AppleJack:
Jack Morton was an average kid until he hit puberty. Then his X-gene manifested and his head began to increase in size, disproportionately to his body, and deform in shape. He also went completely bald, and the skin on his head began to redden and take on the hue and texture of apple peel. Eventually his head greatly resembled an oversized read apple. He had no real powers, but he suffered greatly from neck and back pain. He was killed when a Skrull Giant-Man analogue took a bite out of his head.

The Young Turk:
John Bailey's mutant-X gene expressed itself in the form of what appeared to be full Turkish ethnicity, even though he was Irish and had no trace of any such ancestry in his family. He was killed when a Super-Skrull punched him through the stomach.

Translator:
Translator had the ability to instantaneously understand any spoken language he heard, learn it, and speak it back fluently. Sadly, a side effect of the manifestation of this power was that he also became completely deaf. He was killed when he didn't hear a Skrull warrior come up behind him.

The Fat:
Robert 'Bob' Blubbs' X-gene resulted in him gaining weight constantly after puberty. His physique was similar to the Blob or Big Bertha, but he had no super-strength and could barely even walk. He died from multiple laser blasts when his teammates used him for cover during a firefight with the Skrulls, but he bought them a few more seconds of life.

100x human speed: Hellion can run at speeds approaching Mach 2 and has been recorded with high speed cameras throwing 14 punches in a single second and has on multiple occasions caught bullets.
100x human healing factor: Hellion can heal from injuries that would normally take days to mend in only minutes or hours and can mend broken bones in a matter of days.

Equipment: In the toes of her boots are a pair of three inch long retractable steel daggers activated by applying pressure on the boot's heel and over her hands she wears a pair of black and silver gloves with fingertip-mounted half-inch long steel claws.

Personality: Scatter-brained and loopy, Hellion is noted among the supervillain community for her seeming lack of malice of any kind. Indeed she seems to commit crimes for the sheer thrill of it and once defeated will never hold anything against those that apprehended her. Of course it doesn't take long for her to become bored and for this reason she will often escape from prison and resume her criminal activities.

Backstory: The girl who would one day be known by the supervillain moniker Hellion was born in Orange County, California to a normal middle class family. Little Marlene demonstrated impressive talents from an early age and at just two months old when most babies can't even begin to crawl Marlene lifted her 197 lb father by the neck and tossed him up to the ceiling of her bedroom, giggling and cooing the entire time. Her startled parents alerted the authorities and soon the 'little hellion' (in one government agent's words) was taken to a place where she would be 'safe'. Hellion spent much of her childhood in a government research facility dedicated to discerning a means of replicating her extraordinary gifts. At the age of 19 Hellion escaped the facility (stealing a prototype suit made of a highly-durable material) and promptly attempted to rob a fast food restaurant. She was soon confronted by the hero Avenger and after a long and hard fight was defeated and put in custody. The project created to study her however was disbanded and all record of their failed attempts at cloning her superhuman tissue was swept under the rug. Since then Hellion has been apprehended more than thirty times and each time has escaped custody not long after.

In recent years Hellion has become involved with a criminal syndicate known as the Orange Star as one of its founding members and directors. Being who she is though Hellion regards this alliance of supervillains and organized crime as a "neat club" and nothing more.

SCUBA Lord

Real Name: Dr. Mathew Franklin

Bio: Franklin was a world renowned marine biologist, conservationist, and oceanographer. After returning from a 6 month expedition in the South Pacific he discovered his wife Laura was having an affair with Miles Harvard, a board member at the university where Franklin was a professor. Franklin confronted Harvard, who fired him, and Laura divorced him. Furthermore, Harvard framed Franklin for faking experimental results, destroying Franklin's reputation and ensuring he would receive no further funding.

A broken man, Franklin worked at menial jobs for several months before he was struck by a brilliant idea: he knew the oceans to be full of untold riches - gold, sunken treasure, gems, fish - he would plunder them and become a rich and powerful man. And unlike the surface world where a seemingly endless number of superheroes fought crime, the oceans had only one protector to contend with - Aquaman. SCUBA Lord was born.

SCUBA Lord has hatched many schemes over the years to plunder the oceans riches, many of which have brought him into conflict with Aquaman. But with his SCUBA equipment which allows him to operate underwater and his detailed knowledge of the oceans, SCUBA Lord has time and again proven himself a dangerous foe for the King of the Seas.

SCUBA Lord possesses the normal physical strength of a man of his particular age, height, and build that engages in intense regular exercise and SCUBA diving. He holds advanced international diving certifications and is considered to be one of the world's greatest exponents of SCUBA diving.
