So exactly what are the DC villain's purpose here?

Well they support the Aliens and later the Villains join the side of good until the Aliens are routed and then become bad again.

~remembers Thumb Wars and having British Accents when they are from outerspace and there is no britain....anyway~

Would we always have the powers crappy? Or is it like... later down the line we get them stronger. Say my char had the laser light eyes, get them stronger and they are fully powered Lasers that burn words into flesh! MUHAHAHA ~coughs~ ... sorry...
