High school game can go ahead!

And zombie games are in vogue right now, but I'll need a comprehensive idea of how you would want to run it.

Well, I'd control the horde. Player are given a mission, an environment, and equipment. The game is turn kind of turn based. Players can either attack, run, or assist. Attacking starts a new fight with a new zombie, running flees the area and risks an encounter with a stronger enemy, and assist joins a fight with a fellow human, or heals them, depending on who you target.
Players have the following skills:
Firearm
Ingenuity
Speed
Medical
Strength
Additionally, all players have 5 wounds. Loose them all and you are a sitting duck. If you cannot be healed by the next three people who try, you have to sit out for the rest of the round. Players who are nearly dying might catch a break, if I am in a charitable mood. Every time a player wants to do something, they make a move. I then roll to see how they do, and their stat in the area of what they want to do enhances the roll. So for example, I want to shoot a zombie, and I have a firearm stat of 3 (stats range between 0 and 6). To kill an standard zombie in this particular campaign, you need a roll of at least 6. I roll a 4, and my stat boots this to 7. I pass, and the zombie dies. Had I rolled a measly 2, the zombie would have munched me and I would loose a wound. Harder enemies require better rolls. When you start a fight, it is not with one zombie, but a group. To find out how many, I roll 2 dice. Again, harder enemies appear in smaller groups. The ingenuity stat allows you to improvise items and the environment. The player declares what they want to do (Fight, Run or Assist), and then instead of shooting, they strap a grenade to a frisbee. This is pretty basic, so it would have a low ingenuity rating (they are rated between 2 and 14). When using ingenuity, you can build things up, or spread them out. For example, you could strap a grenade to a frisbee, and attach a remote control car motor to the pin to make a remote mine all in one turn. This would take a higher ingenuity rating. By making a frisbrenade (You can name your inventions for easier use later, don't worry, I'll keep a tabs on them all), then next turn attaching the motor, you can reduce the ingenuity required for each step. Speed is used for running away (I.E, how far you get away). This buys you time, allowing you to spread actions out across various turns, or even loose the zombies all together. I work this out by rolling a dice and adding your speed stat. This divided by three (rounded to the nearest integer) dictates how far you make it. Make it 10 moves away from zombies, and they are no longer a threat. To heal someone, neither of the two parties can be engaged in a fight. Then, I roll a dice. If their stat is greater than or equal to the roll, they pass and their team mate recovers one wound.
Players can make any number of moves a day. They must wait for their last move to be finished first though.
All dice used are D6.
Players level up between campaigns. I gauge their performance (based on successful rolls and zombies killed, etc), and they receive points to upgrade their stats. When a stat is maxed out, they receive a bonus item, which does something special. Maxed out speed, for example, grants a bike, which divides their run attempt by 2, instead of 3. Players can vote on which campaign they want to do, and the campaigns are rated into easy, medium and hard.
Upgrade points are handed out sparingly. At the start, each player is given only 3. At the end of a campaign, players are awarded none, 1, or, occasionally for exceptional performances, 2. Expect to see a lot of 0s and 1s. I'm going to be stingy to make it harder. Any suggestions or refinements?

Anyone remember the show Beetle Borgs? Kids wished to be them and they where granted it. However it opened some kind of dimensional hole that allowed bad guys to come out and terrorize the earth?

What if that was applied to other things? Like Mortal Kombat? O.O oooo sry im on a MK kick right now

what if a group of kids wished to be actual MK people? Like they were given an item, like Scorpions Mask and when he put it on BECAME scorpion?

this is probly a stupid idea but Genius and Insanity are usualy two sides t othe same coin.

Would anyone be interested in an RP like that?

the people would rp as they choose but I would throw in diffrent senarios like Shoa Kahn has come and attacked while you were at school. So you have to find a way out of class to save the city from his wrath O.O

... wow this is either a REALLY good idea of a REALLY stupid one....

NOTE: Bad MK guys are not able to be picked. IE Scorpion or Shang Tsung

im in for Macabre and Zalindrana's ideas

Hey, Ushgarak? Is it all right if I introduce a RP involving the Aladdin TV series?

Ok I have a better idea hopefully better than my last one.

Pirate rp

Were pirates in the Caribbean (rotflol).Basicly we just sail around plundering and all that piratey stuff. But the navy follows us around and we constantly are under attack. Not to mention the storms and hurricanes the sea throws at us.All the places in the movies qre real so we'll use them. You can either already be in the crew or be a total stranger.

I would be in but I'm not a big MK fan.

I dig it. Finally a real Hosted RP.

It has come to my conclusion Wei sucks.... lol j/k man. Much luv... ANYWAY

MK Alive ((neat name huh?))

Lycanthrope
Kirara

Edit: I just remembered something. And I looked it up. If you wish to be an MK char who would possibly seem evil but is in fact neutral then I will allow you to be that character. Good characters and Neutral Characters. O.o Scorpion is Neutral so he is able to be picked..... Unfortunatly... I claim him ^_^

Its ok, I love the idea because I liked Beetleborgs, just there isn't many characters of MK that are good that I like.

Meh. Its okay. I figured alot of people wouldnt be able to get into it. Matter of fact Im surprised i got two people for it. however it probly wont last long seeing as the Actualy Beetle borg show didnt last long either.

The Kingdom Lyceria. A beautiful place of peace and tranquility. Not a single war or criminal has reached its walls. The best knights of the land reside within the kingdom, yet it seems as if they never raise a finger in defense.

This is Lucky Paranoia

The time has come for the teenagers of Lyceria to step up and learn a trade. The Lord of the land has assigned the teens their jobs depending on their skills. This group of young adults have been sent to the Rangers. These apprentices have proven their skills as marks men, the behind the scenes defenders of the land.

Their King, Ahmet Kry'lor, is a good and generous man. But his trust is lacking in places. He is paranoid, and constantly sending these assassins out on missions. And sadly, they come back empty handed with no alarming news.

Slowly, one by one, the best of the best begin to disappear. The king sends out his men to investigate. A warlord, heartless and cruel, is slowly making his way towards Lyceria's borders.

Do these teens have the skill to stop his army? Or will their training fail both them, and the kingdom?

you all are the apprentices. I and Jalek are playing the rangers, and Lycan is the king. You can have 2 chars. You all will arrive with no weapons or horses.
