That had more to do with German appeasement. Mussolini, as evident by earlier actions and statements, had no love for the German's lunatic leader or racism. But Germany was definitely the stronger partner in the alliance and leaned on Italy to impose those sorts of laws and Italy couldn't really refuse. It be pretty stupid politically.

It is exepted due to the fact that gay does not hurt anyone, but it still is not normal. People say there is nothing wrong because they can not help who they are attracted to, but child molestors say the same thing(that they are sexually into children). It is sexually unnormal.

However, homosexuality can be viewed as normal if you take into account the effect it has on a population. As a population grows, the number of homosexuals grow. This counters the growth of a population, acting as a safety. This is a normal process that has evolved into our species. Those population that could control their over population survived were as those that had no self control would die out then they over reached their resources.

Still it is not naturally normal. Nature/The creator did not intend gay relationships, otherwise they would be able to have children with one another.
Im not saying i have a hatred towards gays. I have friends that are gay, but i am just saying it is not normal(naturally).
