Thanks. I wouldn't go so far as well written. I hate it when I am actually effected by people like this guy. Because my posts are rushed and sometimes don't make sense. But, I think I got my point across.

As for possibly being gay, and using christianity to justify not acting on his feelings....that is the basis of christianity. Total denial of the natural urges their own god gave them.

I'm sorry, but I read this several times and I don't know what you are saying. I get the point, but why? Would you drag a person from the darkness kicking and screaming? They say, you can lead a house to water but you can not make it drink. Why waist gods time? You can not get into heaven though deeds, only through the mercy of god. So why would you get upset about someone else's salvation, unless you think that they are taking something away from you.

You're only duty is to have your beliefs, follow them as your god tells you to, and live your own life. You can have all the faith in god you want, but the laws of man rule this world....not make believe idols that float in the sky and hurl lightening and hurricanes when he gets pissy. If your god exists, and he acts that way, then he is little better than a child crying and throwing a tantrum. Which explains why so many of his followers act like babies too, I suppose.

The moment your beliefs interfere with anothers life, how he or she lives it, then you and your god have no place in this world.

And yes, our minds are working...it's a shame yours, and so many of your ilk, haven't taken the great leap out of the dark-ages and started thinking for yourselves too. Instead, you deny god himself by putting your faith in the men of your religion who tell you what to think, how to act and in what you are allowed to believe.

Your first post is indicative of your total disrespect for Jesus and what he said in his "time on Earth". Unfortunately, it is common place in the so-called christian faith.

I know I'm preaching to the choir here, but that's the point of so many of my posts. These people feel the need to spread their vile anti-christian ideals, by actually claiming that god/Jesus commands them to do so. These people who feel the need to "save" everyone else on the planet, aren't doing so for legitimate reasons. If the men who created their religion were truely righteous, then they and their followers would be satisfied with "saving souls" for the sake of the soul. But, like this moose guy, they do it for personal gratification in the face of their pretend god. That, is the very antithesis of of selflessness... Should that not be the case, then my only conclusion is that they carry on this "mission of conversion" out of a total fear that they have no idea what this life, or the next, are really all about. They have so much fear that they might be totally full of shit, that they have to satify themselves by making everyone as "ignorant" as they are. For god's sake, they think they were cast out of "paradise" because Eve ate from the TREE OF KNOWLEDGE!...that pretty much says it all! And that's at the very beginning of the bible.

I think you are partly right. The thing is, they have pressure on them to do this, and some don't want to do it. I know that when I was one of them (and I was a gay hater 🙁 ) I was made to do this sh*t. Though kindness some of them may be saved from it 😆 (sorry I could help but use that terminology).

Don't mis-interpret my words for the absolute truth of my beliefs. I do believe there are some very genuine christians in this world. I believe Jesus had very good ideas. But these christians that espouse hate and intolerance would make Jesus do back flips in his grave.

I understand they are pressured to "convert" the flock, by the men they get their beliefs from in the first place. But, my words are harsh because I hope that someone in their real world lives will point out that they need to have a personal relationship with god...not one that is hindered by the MEN in whom they put their faith.

I do, but being gentle is not my strongest suit. I prefer the caressing slap, myself. Besides, they've had two thousand years to get their shit together...maybe it's time for a different approach.
