20%... really?
yup.... its been observed in dogs, cats, rats, zebras and elephants... interestingly,, the levels of homosexuality in the so-called lesser orders, such as the birds, reptiles and amphibians, are lower, decreasing as one gets "further down" the scale; it is very low among invertebrates, and unheard of among bacteria..... it would seem that the more complex an organism is, the higher its chances of being homosexual...
Speaking as a homosexual, I can say that I have observed that practically every major religion addresses homosexuality. Look at christianity/Judahism, for example. It addresses, supposedly, homosexuality in Genisis. But, when was that writen? 2000+ years ago. So, discounting teh legitimacy of gods rules, we see that homosexuality is as old as religion. What does that mean? That, despite the argument over cause, it is an inherint aspect of human nature. And, we see that most religions ask of their followers that they deny their humanity...in order to acheive eternal approval from god. But, if god created human kind six thousand years ago...then why make it a part of human nature? In that respect, why make sex, straight or gay, feel good? Is it the devil that makes sex feel good? If it is the devil that makes it feel good, then why do we have to do it to breed? If sex didn't feel good, would the concept of marriage exist at all? How many people that ARE married...have sex only to procreate? If god exists in teh fashion that christianity claims, then why create humans at all...only to set the rules in opposition to everything he created?

Then, again, some people don't find these "passions" shameful. Or is there another reason why you used parenthesis?

So are people...
This is just my opinion, I do not wish to offend anyone for any reason. If this statement causes you any pain, you have my sympathy.
I would rather trust fallible humans rather than a book handed down by a false god.

So... are you saying that's it's idiotic? It seems to me that you're just saying that without even looking further into those religions.
I don't need to look into their religions. If their religion includes bigotry and prejudice against homosexuality, and they actually buy into that segment of their religion, then they're idiots.
Anyone who opposes homosexuallity is an idiot simply because their is no logically sound grounds on which to base such intolerances.

Actually... there kind of is.
I think the reason why most religions oppose homosexuality is because it does not promote procreation. So in order for jnr hiphop to avoid being a hypocrite (if he detests homosexuality and I didn't read his posts out of context) then he must not have sex until he is married (if he already isn't) and stay away from his dingly doo. Don't worry jnr hiphop, it's easier than it sounds. Just take a look at me! 😄
