X-Men Character Permission

Started by Q'Anilia154 pages

I have been looking at characters, to try decide a second for myself. Anyone has any suggestions?

As of right now, I am looking at Spider-Woman and Domino. Any comments on either one of the two for this roleplay? 🙂

I vote Domino

Domino is more unique, but I think Spider-Woman would be more fun to roleplay.

domino,
btw i'm gonna rejoin but with a different character
ps snow day! awesome thing is, it's only my area (clarington) everywhere else it's not, usually everywhere else gets a snow day and we don't, our current principal even stated one time that this is not a snow day and everybody should be attending, buses were also cancelled that day

You may like Crystal aka The Avatar or Ms. Marvel.

Ive had a snow day for the past 2 days. We got up to 9 inches! 😄

Name: April Summers
Alias: Spider-Girl
Gender: Female
Age: 23
Occupation: Student
Affiliation: None
Powers: April can cling to most surfaces, has superhuman strength and is roughly twenty times more agile than a regular human being. Like her father, April also has inherited a Spider-sense, a strange and tingling feeling that April has whenever danger is imminent. With reflexes able to rival the haste of a speeding bullet and an inhuman level of coordination, Spider-Girl is highly evasive and rely almost completely on her agility, reflexes and Spider-sense in battle. Furthermore as of recently, April has developed a pair of biological web shooters that allow her to generate her own web in her forearms and shoot it from her wrists.
She also has a minor regenerative ability, allowing her to heal minor injuries over time and some major, depending on the injury.

From her grandfather April inherited the optic blast ability, and sadly inherited the inability to restrain said blast at will. Along with his vision, April inherited his spatial perception. This ability however, despite training, she has never been able to master the way her grandfather did. This ability is also held back completely when she is wearing her suit since unlike her grandfather's device, April's suit can not project the blast. Only use it to empower herself physically.

Given her bloodline, it is not impossible that April has latent powers. Powers potentially latent, according to her relatives would be a hardened form, similar to the diamond or ruby form, as well as telepathy and glimpse of hope to control her optic blast. Scott believed that April's red skin is an implication that his daughters power lies in store.
Costume: April has a semi-mechanical costume, a nano-technology product. The suit feature complex technology that convert April's uncontrolled optic blast ability into a type of fuel, which is further put to use to relax and amplify her muscles, granting her further amplified strength, speed, agility and even wall-crawling. Her suit is able to repair itself and even generate and replace lost matter. It also contain a database system, although she was disconnected from the database when she left her own time.
Personality: April has picked up a lot from her father in terms of character. She keep herself focused by turning a dangerous situation into something brighter, not focusing on the eerie side of battle. She is also a big fan of practical jokes and teasing fellow team members.
She has desperate need of being appreciated and being paid attention. She does not like standing in the shadow of someone else, even for a brief period of time. She often has a hard time shutting up and can at times be improper without really realizing it.
She is anything but sensitive, but should her confidence and joyous personality ever be broken, she can end up in uncontrollable tears and rapidly goes from cheerful to cranky and semi-aggressive as a mix to her depression.
Biography: April Summers is the daughter of Peter Parker and Ruby Summers. As such, the granddaughter of Scott Summers and Emma Grace Frost.
Starting from the top, Peter Parker as a consequence from an elaborate battle against a villain of unknown origin and past was put in a time-slowed, of magical origin comatose and for many years to follow remained in this coma. He woke up to a city in ruins and would after great distress eventually stumble across the magnificent Ruby Summers, a kind soul that helped him get along in the new, war-torn world.

As time passed, their relationship grew and it did not take too long before Ruby was pregnant and eventually gave birth to a daughter with black sclera, who they named April Summers. As the years went, April blossomed and her powers matured. Because of the current state of the world, April already at an early age started being trained for battle and she mastered several martial arts by the time her powers matured. As a consequence of the mutant holocaust however, there was precious little April could do for fun and ended up being the joking, bright girl that she can be seen as today.
Her mother died during an assault against an interment camp, a loss that impacted April hard. She would soon, however, recover from the sorrow and more determined than ever before to do justice, to never let injustice prevail, all the way to the cost of her own life. The loss of her mother was a strengthening experience, but at the same time had great impact on her confidence. April was more successful than ever before in her various missions, but she also took each and every failure after that day very hard.

April became an active fighter for mutant rights, sometimes almost a little too extreme. She would attack human bases, sabotage technology, foil plans and almost any thinkable acts that made it harder for the common humans to harm mutants. For this purpose, her suit was designed. Being one of few mutants that was still young, healthy and free, Scott Summers and the former members of the X-Men paid great attention to the girl. They combined efforts and trained her, created her costume and molded her into a saviour of the mutant race.
Soon however, her morals would end up in conflict. After yet a few more years, a mighty wizard made appearance with intent to purge the planet from all humans, all non-mutants because of the terror they inflicted. It took great deals of persuasion in order to convince April that an enemy of the human race was not always a friend of the mutants. With reluctance, April along with fellow mutant freedom fighters and even some of the elders of the X-Men went up against mentioned wizard. A wizard that the world would come to know as simply Dawn, formerly known as Wiccan, formerly Billy Kaplan. When the supposed X-Men engaged the magician, he explained how unwilling he was to battle them, a dialogue that had no effect.
It did not take long however, before the heroes of the story laid defeated, some killed, many dear friends, some family members. Thanks to the complexity in April's costume, she was one of few still standing when Dawn was frustrated to the degree where, according to himself, any opposing him would be banished from time and space. During April's next charge, the world, space and time itself seemed to crumble around her. In truth, it was merely April's existence that was distorted.
As things faded to black, she could hear Dawn speak to her. A long, eerie yet invigorating speech about mutant kind and about the crimes of man. A speech about long-lost friends and family, and about a life worth living. While April felt anger for the murderous deeds that Dawn had done, his words made sense. His words consisted sincerity and his voice spoke the truth. If nothing else, the truth April wanted to hear. Next thing she knew, she fell through gaps in time. Her future, what was left of it, would rest in the hands of Dawn.

Bio; he was born in a small town in the canadian rocky mountains, lower BC. he grew up, discovering his powers at a surprisingly early age and trained himself slightly, he used meditation to get in touch with it. Mentally he was very mature, reading "the republic", and "beyond good and evil" at age 8. he believed himself to be some sort of modern day Budha except with different beliefs. At age 16 his family moved for to a mining town for work. he got a job with his dad working in an underground mine, he was just over 16. His parents only let him do it because they really needed the money and knew with his gift he would be completely safe.
While Wolverine was travelling to find a new team he had already found a few members and came across Dens’ town, coincidentally when Denis had gotten tired of being oppressed by his area’s ruler and attempted a rebellion and although was very planned out, would have ultimately failed if wolverine, and what team he had at the time hadn’t stepped in and tipped the scales drastically. Denis was very grateful, but was damaged by the fact that his parents died in the rebellion and he blamed himself. Denis decided to join the team and has strangely enough become somewhat a therapist for Wolverine, after a long time of trying to get inside that is.

Another Summers😐 The funniest part is that she's so bad ass that she could be a real Summers. Approved, can't wait to see Emma's reaction when she hears the name Grandma Frost.

EH too.
