Powers:
*Ability to generate and manipulate wind.
*Ability to turn his complete body into wind
*He can absorb the oxygen in the air and suffocate you, but he rarely does it unless his life or someone he cares about is in extreme danger.
*Ability to purify some poisons in the air

*Vaccuums (not the machines)
* Toxins that he can't purify

Personality

Tempestro is kind of a narcisstic trouble maker. He believes that he is the most beautiful creature in the entire world. He isn't evil but he does do bad things from time to time. He usually has an arrogant personality but its just a facade in order to keep him from reaching out to others. He fears that he'll be abandoned once again.

Family: Abandoned at the age of 12. His parents couldn't take his rebellious nature anymore.

He also loves wearing purple. I'll try him out first. I'm so sure that there are plenty of people that want to be Cyclops. I'll introduce him after the fight. Probably trying to steal something within the mansion but gets caught by storm or something. He's still learning his powers so I'm so sure that she can stop his wind powers if he tried to escape.

wouldn't she be able to stop them even if had mastered them?I've never thought about how that would work with wind.TK wouldn't it just make an loud noise and a shockwave hitting both parties

I don't know either. I've never seen two wind powers go against each other. I guess thats because it would be a pretty boring battle unless they both physically fight. Nakoma usually fights in his physical form.

I like the character, I think you should try him out first before Scott. Also, am I allowed to join the RP?

I think you should give that character a go Pheonix, Scott's a great character but this' a creative site, so it'd make more sense if you used your character right instead of playing another that others have created?
