Personal appearance: Noelle is border line unhealthy skinny and her skin is a light purple color due to her mutation. She wears a plain red colored spaghetti strap top, a pair of faded blue jeans rolled up to just above her knee. She also wears a pair of red socks and red and white converse shoes.
Powers:
*Personal power: Limited control over plant life. (She can help coax a plant to life but cannot generate one out of thin air, however, she can use the plants around her as weapons. When she is harmed in any way or in the event of her death the plant will reflect her condition. )
*Twins power: When Noelle is near her twin they have the power to jump back and fourth through out time and alter the line of events. (When the twins are seperate this power does not virtually exist. )
Family: Noelle has both a brother (Number 2 of T'n'T "Time Warp Twins" Tori Moree ) and an older sister ( Poison -Kyle Moree )
Anything else that brings interest to the character: Noelle is a vegetarian (particularly dislikes seafood the most).

Hair: Naturally wavy, platinum blonde hair, bowl cut style
Personal appearance: Tori is built quit nice for his young age due to his fondness for athletic sports (mainly wrestling) and his skin is the same light purple color due to his mutation, like his twin's. He wears a plain navy blue colored tank top, a pair of boot cut faded blue jeans along with a pair of white socks and navy blue and white sneakers.

*Twins power: When Tori is near his twin they have the power to jump back and fourth through out time and alter the line of events. (When the twins are seperate this power does not virtually exist. )
Family: Noelle has two siblings, Twin sister (Number 1 of T'n'T "Time Warp Twins" Noelle Moree ) and an older sister ( "Poison" Kyle Moree )
Anything else that brings interest to the character: Tori dislikes Noelle's attitde most days and ignores her a lot because of it. He loves to read.

Combined Twins Bio: Noelle and Tori were born into the same social elite family as their older sister, Kyle. By the time the twins were born it had been four years since the twins' parents had any contact with their older daughter. (They ignored the fact that they had another child and didn't tell Noelle or Tori about Kyle either.)
There were no tell tale signs of the any mutations in the twins at first and the family lived in complete bliss for nine years until Tori had a mishap at school, the very same school their older sister had attended. A rival of Tori's set up a trick on him that involved water. The attack backfired and landed the other boy in the hospital. The students at the school began calling Tori a "mutie freak" and violent attacks began mounting on both him and Noelle, who always came to his rescue.
The torture went on for two years until Noelle did some research on a school for mutants: "The academy for gifted children" but the brotherhood found them first and recruited the twins.
Three years later an attack was mounted on the X-men with the help of the twins, also known as the "Terror Twins" by some, by this time their time warping powers had been discovered and put to good use. The twins went back in time to find and destroy the X-men.
