It's been happening quite a bit. Here in the US, as well.And I'll just repeat what I've been saying.
The Wiimote is designed so you could chuck it at a brick wall and it still work. Wiimote against the TV, and the TV will lose.

Well I don't know about the head and the sholder. But just the head would have been good enough........yes that was a lame atempt at sarcasim I know.
I would say 2 degree murder......just being a cop shouldn't give you the right to kill, DO NOT FIRE UNLESS FIRED APON....with a gun.

Thing is, though, my 12-year-old brother smacked a Wiimote against our air hockey table while playing Wii Sports Tennis, and ****ed up the motion sensor. It's like 5 inches off to the left from 8 feet away. No damage to the casing, though.

It's not second degree murder though.
It's manslaugter because I dont think the cop had a plan to shoot him in cold blood.
