That's two of the characters neutrilized, leaving just the stargate part. But with the similarly themed aspects of the character virtually removed, lacking the added clone saga, clone wars backing. The person with the enhanced agility speed and mock spidersense is the faster more agile character. Sabertooth and Venom alone are a potent combination, throw in the photographic reflexes, giving the ability to imitate the opponent and there really isn't much SC can do. His movements can be mimicked and countered as well. Jinzin's character is almost the way I'd design an uber character. He's got sort of a mimicking thing going on(I'd go with a modified synch myself), sort of a shapeshifting going on(I had more of a modified morph+clayface), the only thing missing is a modified tarot for the manipulation of astral energy.
But I digress, Venom neutrolizes the Scarlet spider aspect.
Taskmaster+Venom neutrilize Grevious
and the stargate krull warrior on his own probably couldn't stand up to sabertooth.Anyway that's my reasoning. Jinzin's tactic is pretty good, because the symbiote neutrilizes the Spidersense, and Grevious isn't a jedi, so lacks any real pregcog to deal with the 100 debris attack. . .
i do have energy manipulation though to some extent I can preform feats comparible to iron fist thanks to TM...
