I don't think this question makes sense. I think AND, OR and NOT are the fundamental operations needed for boolean algebra. You can't derive the others out of one. So, if you ever learned the answer (if there is one (which I doubt (cause I think you explained the question incorrectly(cause I think you meant NAND(in which case there's a nice wiki page on that))))) let me know 😐

You should be 7 years older and wiser now, if there is a solution you should have found it out by now.
