And as stated before.. Superman would jello him bloodlusted before Mewtwo could even think of summoning a power, he's faster than thought is.

The barrier has to be summoned first, he'd need prep to have already have it concidered up and moving, because it isn't ALWAYS up and moving.. and he doesn't shoot black holes, the blasts just LOOK like it.
