His radar is his compensation for not having vision through eyes. With it he can form a picture in his head.. maybe better than eyes since it's 360 (I think) but it's in no way pre-cog.
As for avoiding hits... yeah he'll avoid more than Wolverine will. But really look at this fact. He's a plain old HUMAN. ANY hit from the claws is going to cause massive trauma or limb loss. The moment Wolverine scores his first gash, the second one will come easier.. and the third even easier

Tell that to Batman. He doesn't seem to think he'll lose to Superman or Flash or even Wonder Woman, since he's just a plain old HUMAN.
I'm just saying. There is mad debate over who would win between Wolverine (a mutant with superpowers) and Batman (a plain old human with some martial arts and gadgets).
Wolverine, could win this but I will admit that it wouldn't be easy. I'm not really sure if we can use enemy of the state or not since that was kinda stupid but the wolverine daredevil fight was good, although if wolvie hadn't gotten impaled on that sword I reckon that eventually he could have pulled off a win.

lol well in that case he could win. Those aren't the kinda odds I'd play in Vegas.. what about you? We're talking about who has the best chance of winning here and it's OBVIOUSLY Wolverine.
In a boxing match, the loser damn near always gets multiple punches in throughout the fight. Even if we give DD more punches, Wolverine is STILL gonna connect.
To say DD can win if he doesn't get hit once is possible.. in the kinda way winning the lottery is possible. But really, Wolverine isn't exactly a crippled old man on a respirator.
