There's no evidence to suggest that DC Hercules is weaker. He lifted the Earth too. Marvel Hercules simply has more exposure.
The one where Hercules won (we dont know if it was the DC HERCULES HUNBOUND version of the future DC timeline. btw. He did looked alike in design but nothing at all in personality). And that one ended with Herc knocking her out, altho WW was in berserk mode.
(I also think there was one strength contest between both but it ended as soon WW lifted a colisseum and it was stopped there. I find it hard for both characters to call that theyr max. What happened in that one and made it stop?)
2- Another point for though at post crisis, when was DC Hercules stated to have lifted the Earth? I feel thats a contraversy point because WW couldnt move it alone and that sure doesnt measure it against a guy who did it solo.

You practically dont have a single figth where either is holding back against the other. That includes speed and more especifically combat speed. For examples you have Herc outspeeding Thor even before the hammer returns to its hand. While thats not WW fast, its *fast*. If what you wer trying to mention was -flying speed- for Thor, he obviously doesnt use it against a guy who doesnt fly. As much as WW doesnt lasso people left and rigth and then choping theyr heads off.

WW can pull at least one win from any one in Marvel who is less than the Silver Surfer. Magic trumps anything, As we see with Thor, and One magic Sword dice, lasso, tiara beheading can end most fights. her strength, skill, speed, and bracelets make her hard to put down. And if she wants to get really nasty and make a mess of things, crossing her bracelets while she prays for a few seconds to get the God wave and ends the fight. she can get some wins, not saying she can get a majority against the likes of gladiator or surfer, but she won't look a fool in battle.
