Yes BT is in the elite but Batman's equal. They fought 2x. One was a sneak hit on Bats, 2nd BT had bats on the defensive but did not win. Batman is a better thinker, more resourceful fighter. Thats how he wins most of the time. But H2H one can not really say. Batman learnt 127 arts, impressive thats even more than Dragon. But Dragon's execution is way better than Batman. Daredevil execution is as good as Batman even he learnt less than Batman.
