I have over 200 records. None of them are what you guys listen to though. 😛

My mother has every Stones album from 1965 - 1974 or so. It ends at Goats Head Soup I think.

Hard house, not house. Very different sounding apart from track progression. I love house too, but have very few house records, cuz It's not what I play. I'm going ro start buying more fidgit house and nu-electro though as I really like the sound of it.

Interesting choice of music. hmm Might have to look into Hard House, since I've been looking into more and more new music over the course of this year and last year.

I'm a DJ. Not so much in the past few months as I've been busy with uni/work. Taking a break from it till I finish uni. It's hard to get decent gigs in Adelaide as well, it's all a popularity contest, no one cares how god you are, it's who's ass you're prepared to kiss.

It is a great album. Angie and Dancing with Mr. D are probably my favourite tracks on it.

Well, you know, not everything, but I do have a pretty wide musical taste range.

I tried doing the DJ gig when guitar work was slow, it boreeeeeed me to hell. I often found myself drinking at a club to escape reality.

Yeah! Mine too.

Have you heard of Trip Hop? Rockabilly? Psychobilly? Nintencore? They're awesome sub--genres.

Ewww, sub-genres

Ah, right, that makes sense.

And that sucks. I guess that's what it's like in the musical industry as a whole, really.

Hard house is awesome up untill a year or 2 ago. It's a pretty old genre as far as electronic music genres go. Unforetunately it's past its yay days, and producers are running out of ideas. If you're going to look in to it, listen to Paul Glazby, Tony De Vit, Andy Farley, Ben Stevens, Captain Tinrib, BK, and a few others that I cant htink of at the moment. In terms of labels, Tidy and Vicious Circle are my favs, and most records that get pressed on those two labels are usually really good productions.

Everything's considered a sub-genre or sub-category these days. Black Metal, Nu-Metal, Oprah Metal and so on. Uhhh

Some sub-genres are wicked. In fact, most new electronic or "dance" music these days belongs to a sub-genre.
