It's okay as far as jobs go. I have a lot of freedom in how I work, but it's also very stressful, lots of responsibility, and I do feel tethered to this place, which worries me.

The sad thing is I feel like I could be just as productive in a 30 hour week as I could in a 40 hour week. I might actually be more so cause sometimes the day just drags.
