The writing I'm doing currently is for a children's book writing class. Today I've had to write about my childhood best friend.. how we met, what she's like and such. For some reason, this assignment felt more challenging.

That sounds awesome, though – how long have you been doing the class? It sounds interesting. I love writing – my big passion, really. I'd love to approach writing for children at some point! Some people seem to believe that it's easy compared to other forms of fiction writing, but that's bullshit, if anything it's way more complex to approach than other forms of writing – you have to really be understanding about what you're writing, I guess. Either way, it sounds really cool!
