The soundtrack is brilliant, fits the film so perfectly. The reprise of Real Hero is hilarious in a kind of tragic way
Yeah that's one of my fave tracks.
They did a thing with radio 1 I think where I think it was Zane or someone gave the film a new soundtrack. I couldn't watch it, I started it but I loved the original soundtrack so much that I couldn't see it with another mmm

It's actually been pretty good times for Germany...won the world cup, economy is doing great, the Netherlands asked to become a part of Germany...decent couple years.

I thought Only God Forgives was alright, but nothing more than a derivative of Jodorowsky.
But even with him, I liked Holy Mountain, but I wasn't sold on El Topo at all and didn't end up finishing it, even though I'd bought it on DVD. Still need to watch Santa Sangre.

Originally posted by SlayI have a friend who completely swears by it, but I dunno, it didn't draw me in. I guess I was a bit concerned by the endless reams of real animal deaths. It doesn't usually bother me, but getting closeups of rabbits dying of dehydration just gave me that "nothing matters as long as I get something that looks like it could mean something to someone willing to analyse it" feeling
El Topo is one of my all time favourites. Maybe even in my top ten.
