It's basically Spotify for books. I don't e-read but I thought it might be a thing you might be interested in.What's it about anyway?
It's basically about a guy losing his shit whilst investigating rising missing person statistics in his spare time. Starts as a mystery and ends up more of an existential horror (but not 'supernatural' or 'paranormal' as per se).

Now that you've mentioned it, two of my mates back in NL started their own publishing firm. I think they only do Dutch books for the e-reader market though.

That actually sounds quite interesting. Now that you've mentioned it, two of my mates back in NL started their own publishing firm. I think they only do Dutch books for the e-reader market though.
How did they start their own publishing group? Did it cost quite a bit? I'm thinking of looking into self-publishing, but I've heard you usually have to invest a fair amount of money into it.

Yeah, send it to me, I'll read it eventually. My to read list is ridiculous at this point, but I'll manage to wiggle it in somewhere.

Honestly, I have no idea. All I know is that their plan was to take advantage of the untapped market of Dutch-language novels in e-reader format. They asked me to invest some money at the time they were starting it, but I declined. Seems like it was a good idea because last I've heard one of them appears to have abandoned the project or was replaced or something.Yeah, send it to me, I'll read it eventually. This link should work:

Don't worry if you don't end up reading it, my reading list is always packed as well, and I always take ages to get around to reading things I'm supposed to, and end up reading everything else ever before I do.
