Well no, he's actually managing a quite successful Dutch band, so I reckon that came along and he just preferred doing it. I should hit those guys up next time I'm in NL.

Probably because back when Britain and the Netherlands were the main world powers, Holland was the province were basically everything went down and like with most things in Britain, it just stuck for a couple of hundred years. awehuhs
