Yes, that final four boss battle is crazy! ****ing Griever is a little ******* and it's weird that you can't exactly choose who is in your party at the start of the battle. I think you can probably watch the ending on youtube. It's a lot more positive after the Squall wandering part, that part was def pretty sad.

Yeah, I took shitty care of my discs, too. I was an idiet.

VII is a masterpiece, I'm excited for the remake of it. The only thing that hasn't held up is the graphics themselves. The whole plot and storyline is fantastic.

It's extremely relevant with the polluting of the planet and how the oil companies are basically raping the world. Basically, Shinra is real and I wanna join a group of radicals and take them down

I liked VI and VII the best. Had the best villains in the series as well.

I've always thought about watching it on Youtube, but just never have, I guess I just feel the need to complete it all again to earn that happy ending awehuhs

The boss battle that I was stuck on for the longest was the Griever/Ultimecia combined thing, once I took the time to get Squall's final weapon and level up a bit more and I beat that, I killed the final Ultimecia on the first try

But it sucked before that

I don't remember the deal with not being able to choose your party at the start of the fight though, it's been a while mhmm

My Dad would always say, "How can they call it Final Fantasy if there are 12 of them?"

This, of course, was said before there were 12 of them

I've heard that Kefka is hands-down the best villain in the series

The thing I'm worried about is the voice acting. I didn't get into any of the extra stuff surrounding VII, because I can't imagine the characters having real voices awehuhs but I'm still excited for it.

Yeah, I have all these old RPGs on Steam that I have all this nostalgia for, but I'll likely never play them because of the grinding required.

The FF VII remake is going to be hack and slash right?

True. It was a bit of a surreal experience when Kingdom Hearts came out and they had voiced some of the FF characters, like Squall, Aeris, Yuffie, and Cloud (ummm weird that they basically combined him with Vincent, I still feel odd about that)

Oh man, maybe I'll just play some kingdom heartssssss

I have to say: I really, really don't like Kingdom Hearts. Beginning of the end for me, I guess.

FF were the only JRPG series I ever got into. I played Arc: Twilight of the Spirits for PS2 which was pretty good and the first Drakengard, but that was it.

I remember Stan/Tom really liking it, as well as other FF fans I've met, but I took to it badly straight away. mmm

First Drakengard, brev, nice one. For a game that consisted almost entirely of walking forward and hitting square or x, I got a lot of mileage out of it.

But yeah, they're the only JRPGs I've played, too.

I should try to finish watching how to get away with murder.. got to ep 4 and got bored but I wanna see where it goes

I could never complete the last boss of the final ending of Drakengard for some reason. But I pretty much 100%ed it other than that

Well, you had the riding the dragon thing that was pretty cool as well.

Yeah, but if you wanted to get all of the weapons to their highest levels, the dragon-riding really took a backseat after a while

Ding ding dong

Drakengard was some nihilistic shit though. How many other JRPGs had deranged child murderers and pedophiles as party members?
