CHIN-UP/PULL-UP/BAR HOLD CATEGORIES

Itsines, Kayla
-- Woman performs roughly a dozen good form pull-ups.
Called "Amazing" by the uploader, probably because he or she hasn't seen much of this sort of thing.

Paddelwha
-- Woman does 19 chin-ups with fairly good form. February 8, 2009.

Parker-Pope, Tara
Article. A very BAD article that falsely DIScourages people, prove-able even by the defeated response of one of the women commenting in the blog this was featured in. Which is how it's supposed to be! What good is the media if it can't stop people from reaching their potential? "Why Women Can't Do Pull-ups", October 25, 2012.

Editor's note: Sadly, NONE of the women below seem to have read the above article. Otherwise they'd have known they can't do what they're doing here.
Paddlewha above gets a pass: She made her video several years prior.
Not sure I can pardon the other women here so easily.
Why weren't they better informed?

BACK LEVER

Till now, I only thought of Sara Kovach in relation to Holland Canter; a sort of phenomenally well-calved but slightly less strong lookalike oh Holland herself.
Apparently, however, Sara is a serious competitor in her own right, winning a recent physique championship where dozens competed.

Woman in post above, 2nd to last scan, is Lauren Martin Stow.
Amazing pec development, but, sadly, underwent the knife either this year or last year, as far too many women do.

Still there are records of what once was ...

Maybe healthier trends are on the way. My understanding is that the Ms. Olympia, which saw far too many women on drugs, is now a thing of the past.
Perhaps street workouts and the like, which cast a wider net, and less money and corruption at present ....

Ah, I'm letting musing like this get in the way of posting and getting closer to the thread's title goal so ...

Madeleine performs a tricep dip with a man on her shoulders. January 21, 2018.

50280. Most complete thread re-direction page to date.

Arguably the most potentially important.

Current idea is to establish complete current range.
Then section entire range by 10s.

Major overall organizing focus: Encyclopedia style biography entries, last name first, first name last, complete with related associates, interests, areas of expertise, common associated topics, unique qualities, skills, controversies, etcetera.

Debating whether simple name lists will best record content.
The mind of any reader conjures an associated topic when the name Muhammad Ali appears for instance, identical to what comes to mind for millions.

Might experiment with name summarizing like that and simply alternate with complete breakdowns like was done with page 50207.

The name summarizing strategy for mining: breakdowns by 10, starting with earliest thread page (50207), covered as 50201--50210.
Then 50211--50220. And so on.

Thread is constantly expanding, so good to have markers and continuing conventions. And probably a variety of organizing strategies used, not just one.

My work team member is like me, to bad shes a girl. A bit full of herself but I imagine most girls are.

Psychopath have one trait in common, they all got hit in the head at one point. I got hit in the head. So does that make me a psychopath?

I wish I could get out of Healthcare and go into Marine Biology. I love the water and everything in it. I spent my summer last year cleaning the parks and beaches. People thought I was weird picking up garbage that didn't belong to me. I am also writing more and finding other outlets to release my genius.
