Really miss my Uncle Jim, every year he went hunting for elk and made elk jerky and it was the tastiest meat you'd ever want to put in your mouth, an explosion of spice and flavor.

He made some good root beer too, what he'd do is make homemade ice cream and make root beer floats. Guy could have made bank with a cafe or something.
