If I hate you, you won't get fed. If I love you I'll spoil you. You won't believe the amount of friendships I've ended for friends feeling to over welcomed.

I once had a friend who'd open my fridge when he got to my place. But if I were to go into his space and do the same he'd give me a lecture

I had another friend who'd invite me to a fancy restaurant but when it was time to pay he was always short. It didn't help that he wanted to go to the best restaurants in the city and be seen by important people. He was always trying to get ahead of himself but I admit he was always fun.

That would happen a lot less if you let them know what the house rules were the first time they were over, set boundaries and people are less likely to overstep them.

One time I woke up sleeping on the floor of someone else's apartment surrounded by strangers. We got kicked out in the early morning. Another time we went to a club and brought back a group of girls. So much fun but those days are past me now

You should know not to go in someone else's fridge if they invite you over

I do, but some people don't exactly have the same level of common sense as the majority. Users come over and end up laying on your couch for 3 weeks, or borrowing any number of your items without your permission or knowledge never intending to give them back... these people are out there everyday, a plague upon decent civilized folks.

When you get a little older sometimes you can hurt yourself just by doing normal things like get ankle pain by walking... think I threw my back out jerking off, can't stand up straight without a lot of pain, wasn't even more than 30-40 minutes.
