I feel like grocery stores should have an entire aisle full of hot sauces, and not just the lame sorta hot ones, like a lot of omega hot ones.

I bought a ethnic Indian sauce thinking it was a type of pre seasoning mix and it turned out to be one of the hottest sauces I've tasted. I had to dilute it with water because it's so strong.

If it's too painful to enjoy eating then you gotta get the next hottest one down.
Then fine tune it so it's also flavorful and not just nuclear.
