jinzins your trying to make venom seem more invulnerable to fire than he actually is. there are only few instances where he faces fire, or heat. the cases where he is afraid of fire, or hurt by fire greatly outweigh the ones where he is defiant. in the comic i am looking at right now, venom literally screams because he is surrounded by fire, he screams at the sight of fire, and he screams in pain when the fire touches him. he is afraid of the fire when the comic shows him near fire, or touching fire. the symbiote literally separates off the parts of the body that were harmed from fire. this is only one instance, but it's the one that i have w/me at this moment.

venom's more invulnerable to fire than spiderman so he can handle the powers of electro plain and simple....
read mk spidey 3 parker takes multitudes of shots from electro and as I said he can't take being set on fire without dying or being hospitalized... venom can WITHOUT a sabretooth healing factor.. and venom's also more resistant to fire when he's pissed off... now the symbiote has a berserker rage to heighten that resistance.. your bitching doesn't change those facts...
care to state what comic you're looking at?

yeah... he eventually escaped... then he ran off and hid... the fire made him so weak he thinks "I can barely stand"and he didn't "routinely" blast him... he shot him once with it

it shows a symbiote weakened by fire to the point where it has to run away... maybe Sabretooth would stick around, but the Venom symbiote would be long gone
