What makes rape wrong is the same reason it is wrong. The way it changes a person is hard to understand. Besides the obvious physical harm, there is a harm that can’t be put into words.
What I saw when looking though this thread was someone in pain. To tell you the truth, I have my own reasons why I am here, and why I don’t want to read all of this thread.

Right, and wrong are relative things, but accordingly to what is thought by the majority of people, it is wrong. For me, rape is wrong because you would be causing suffering to another person. To cause suffering is something that is normally thought as wrong... that is quite obvious to me.
What did one meant why asking why is rape wrong ? That is exactly like asking "Why is killing wrong ?", or "Why is causing suffering and pain wrong ?". Is there a reason to be asking of rape exactly ?

I didn't call the thread that, the name was altered.
I used rape as an example because it is the hardest crime to justify (if that is even possible).
Therefore it instantly becomes about wrongness, rather than the crime itself.
At least that was the theory.

Interesting. I didn’t know that the name of the thread was changed. What was the old name? The name could have changed the way I was thinking when I first started reading.
Your standard that people should read all of the thread is unrealistic and just a pipe-dream. So you can live in the real world were people don’t have time anymore or you can set there and suffer over the way the world is. I wouldn’t get upset about it.

I don’t think I have said anything stupid. All I did to start was ask what you were trying to get out of this thread. And I don’t think asking you that question was stupid. When I say I don’t have time I don’t mean it in a causal way, I am extremely dyslectic and it takes me a long time to read, so, I have learned how to skim. Also, I have learned that about 70% of the post in any given thread are not worth reading, and maybe that is your point, but we can’t change that.

I was not irrelevant or inconsiderate, more like I was afraid to post in such a hot button thread. But what interested me was your posts, it seemed that you had something important to say that you did not say, so I simple asked you what you wanted out of this thread. Maybe I could have worded it better, or maybe you could have taken it differently, that does not matter now. Another thing that confused me was your gender, when first reading your posts I assumed you were female, I now know after looking at you profile that you are male. Your point as a female (considering that most rapes are violations against women) was of interest to me, but now with the knowledge that you are male, I am not as interested. Rape, like all other violent, selfish acts are wrong. To hurt another human being without permission is wrong, because you wouldn't like other people to hurt you without permission, now would you? To love and be kind to other people is the purpose of life, violence and assault on others are wrong, because it promotes an ill, disseased society.
