Doomsday hmmm I don't know if I would go that far however it will be interesting to see where they take this new blob in the future.

Cable could annoy the old Blob, not this one. He'll just run towards that old man and wear him out. One shot should do him in. Then he'll have Cable's gun and have more offense against other challenges.

Cable is too weak to do that, and new Blob has resistance against that. His skin is very tough to get through even for psiblasts

They aren't. His skin is resistant to all kinds of things like fire and psiblasts

Actually, his resistance to fire is considered weaker than his resistance to physical harm, and NOWHERE does it say that he can resist psiblasts. That is bullshit.

It's not bullshit, you need to read up on some comics.

And now that the Blob has been UPGRADED he can take WAY more punishment in all categories. That's gives him all the time he needs to reach Cable since he runs 30mpg without really trying. He'll kill Cable in 2 hits if Cable is strong enough to take the first one

Id on't see how he can resist anything given the fact that he has no powers.

Blob's super powers include his fat.
