Inside I'm crying

Well when you are waiting, there's rarely more to do.............

Something different -

The Silver Tears of the Moon

The silver tears of the moon
Shine, he left her here too soon,
Her honey golden hair
Has vanished, wasn’t there.
In the darkness, muddy flailing arms
Find her, hold her, keeping her from harm.
In the darkness, it kicks
Scratching and fallen, they’ve run out of tricks.
She lies in the milky dawn,
This many times she wishes she wasn’t born
Crashing, clanging – waves in her head
Holding her down, wishing she was dead.
Tomorrow comes today
And from that what can we say?
Whilst the silver tears of the moon
Glitter on, shining in the impending gloom.

We wait with crystals.
We wait with gems.
We watch he fight her battles -
Battles inside,
Battles alone,
Battles against enemies unknown.

The shame of last night.

Seasons

darkness - obliterate colour

whispering wind howls at a chestnut moon
harvest of the dead
copper against the purest black
blinking eyes scorn

singing softness of awakening sun
cold as the ice of night
bathed in the white of dawn
solitary figures dance

muttering misty joyful incoherence
dust breaks on the leaves
green finds the morning hush
a swift rush of life

crowing callous songs of destiny
flowing words surround the page
water torn from blank sighs and looks
jubilantly calling the days

waiting
lost to the passage of time
tearing the sky
in pain they wait

Is this death?

There as I swing
Hanging from the beam above my head
Gracing the floor
My feet dance lightly
Swinging from the neck down
Angel steps across the floor my fate is sealed

Blinking my eyes glaze
Pounding in my head
Shuddering
Stuttering
Falling into light
Sporadically welcoming in the dawn

Dreams fade into the black of day
My release has gone
Tonight I will live again
My suicidal life through death
A chicken
A turkey
A game I play unable to act
I play
Childish I fall
Stumble on the rocks
Plunging headfirst into the stormy waves
Winter’s sea takes none alive
If you watched me
You saw what happened you felt my relief
But you wept for me

Is it dream of waking
I must wait for the dawn
Blinking
Crying
Screaming
Pain threatens death
Life hurts
Holds
Beats
I sink
No longer an angel floating
Down to the end
To the bottom
This is perhaps my final release

Hello again Jaina. wave I was wondering if you had written anything new and I see you have written quit a bit. 😆 I have to say I REALLY like The Silver Tears of the Moon. It was the ending that got me. 🙂/cry

Sorrow at dawn

Sorrow at dawn
Bridges burnt in the night
Shining tears
Crystal winters
Frozen summers
At the breaking of the day

Sorrow at dawn
Reflections in the deep
Breaking spring
Shattered hopes
Swallowed dreams
E'en to the end of the day

ooooooooh, inspired by a really beautiful picture, go to:

Numb

Nothing -
There is never anything there,
Burning lights begin to glare.
I watch alone,
Feel nothing -
Numbness takes me,
I sink to the floor.
Why - why still be?
Emotions, once there before,
Lost and broken -
Shattered viles by the door.
All I can do is sit here,
Alone
And waiting.

I want to feel.

its bin a long time since i was here so.....

remembering is never forgetting

remember
silent whispers in the night
someone else beside me
couldn't see
no faces - only darkness
forgetting memories of life

blackness
darkness
covering the here and now
silently showing me there's no way to go
as i remember only one thing
all your pain

forgotten lie the hopes and fears
as searing
burning
all take hold
there is nothing to remembering
so i cannot forget

what i have i try to remove
i aim to shed layers like skins
i want out of this
no haunting calls or memories
don't look for me
i remember all - cannot forget
