Well, scoring is just making like a scratch mark. It's not quite the same as a full fledged cut.

They didn't go right through him, they might have scrapped off the outermost layer, but that's not cutting him.

This proves what? He needed upgrades from Apocalypse. War Hulk beat up Juggernaut do to an upgrade as well.

That's the funny thing about it. . where did the upgrades come in the form of. . some people say it was the armor, but I would like confirmation that it is. . and if it isn't. . who downgraded him?

That would KO him. And Kong feet is not that easily avoidable. Even if Wolverine cuts Kong, a K.O. is enough for a win.
