well i love kong but wolvie will take him down pretty quickly i mean cmon he is so goin down kong would try and break him in half he wouldnt try to eat him kong isnt adamantium like wolvie so he will be cut up into large pieces

They gave him back his adamantium through Apocalypse making Wolverine his horseman.

As for who downgraded him after this. No clue. War Hulk was also powered up by Apocalypse. Did he get a power up, yes. Who powered him down? My guess is as good as everyone else.

Well since I don't want to read pages and pages of wolverine fanboyism🙂 Kong has a strong advantage due to his size and leverage to generate massive power and put the hurt on the little canadian to put him out......🙂

wolverine was never stated to had been powered up. also wolverien bone claws have been broken a few tiems so how the hell do u figure there mroe durable then adamatuim covered onces?
