With all this manhandling going on, it all kinda makes things relative. They all kinda share their feats when they beat each other up. Like Hulk and Thor's famous stalemate kinda lets Hulk borrow the Midgard Serpent feats, and lets Thor borrow the Onslaught armor punch. Regardless if it's the Celestial energy that let Hulk stop Juggernaut, Hulk's still got the tech. So if War Hulk can stop Juggernaut, that puts his strength(mystically assisted or not) at way above top-tier, and easily dwarfs these feats.

No OE, though, is f*cking bullsh*t to say he stomps War Hulk. War Hulk's strength is backed by Celestial tech energy. Not even Thor could stop Juggernaut. War Hulk did, though. And it's generally accepted that Thor is at least on par with Superman in strength. And who is the guy that routinely gives Darkseid "when are you gonna learn" beatings? Superman, dammit. With the inconsistent writing on Darkseid, they may say what they want, but most of the time he seems only on par with Superman.

War Hulk overpowered Juggernaut. Could Darkseid could do that?

Thor never really tried to do it the same way War Hulk did.
