Staying in?

Rhys groans as the left side of his skiff takes bark off a tree. "C'mon, luck, I'm not dropping out of this now!"

Scarlet's staying in, yes.

Ok, next rolls have been made...

Scarlet had to spent three fortune points!

Cass had to spend one.

Rhys had to spend two. Rhys, you are all out of fortune!

Ouch, that's painful.

One more roll, right?

That's annoying...

One more roll?

Yea..
Very annoying.
Oh well,
Lets roll better this time.

One more roll, yes... staying in Rhys?

It'd be a shame to drop out now and not have the chance to make the fortune loss worth it. Stupidly staying in, hoping for some good ol' Rebel luck!

Well, you got it! In fact, everyone passed the final roll rather well... yaaay!

And now you have reached the Imperial camp. The Sauropod is some fifteen seconds behind. You are about to speed straight into it...

Wait... would speeding into it be good or bad? Are we going fast enough to be a blur, or would they be able to discern that a bunch of humans are flying the skiffs?

One thing is for sure- it would not look natural.

(Yeah, that was something I tried to point out earlier. Turn off at the last possible second, so the Imps don't see us. If worst comes to worst, and the Dino doesn't go straight on to the camp, then someone can go ahead and lead it into the camp. Otherwise, we just break out the popcorn.)

okay, Ush, next question: Is it possible to do what Kyle said, and have our beastie still head straight into the camp?

(Or we could just ride through and make some rude gestures at the stormtroopers. Then they would be that much more distracted when the sauropod hits camp. Plus, it might be fun.)

Except we kinda don't want to be seen, because any sentient attack on the Imps is a legal basis to start the war. Then we lose.

Yea..
I dunno, if everyone who sees us dies...
But yea, better off not being seen, but it we can't help it, oh well.

If you could shade the odds of it going to the camp when you turn off, I am sure you would feel better.

If it tromps around the perimeter first, you will lose vital surprise.

(Simple. As we peel off, throw the last of the bait at the camp. Heck could we turn so hard as to 'fling' the bait out the back of the speeders? The occupants would have to hold on tight though.)

I reckon that could be done- with Dex rolls from the flingers.
