USH'S ORIGINAL TRILOGY GAME EPISODE I 'LANZAR'- Imperial Thread

Started by Ushgarak372 pages

Ok, moving into the evening slot at the end of today, so all remaining convos will wrap up then.

Team Sneaky- Bar! Plan?

Hmmm. Well, I want to find out what other lodge masters are allied with Drakkon.

And it would be useful to find about those "crimes" Drakkon committed.

And if possible, find out the name of the lodgemaster who owned the warehouse we found the second weapon stash in...and if he's allied with or opposed to Drakkon.

Been tried before, Rylis; no-one around really knows much about political affiliations (and for thre 473rd time, that is Melkor's plotline).

They certainly don't know anything about any crimes of Drakkon's. They didn't hang around furing the war watching! They're not even sure what you mean. Can hardly pin murder on him during a war. It's kinda what happens in war.

Damn.

(and still, I'm the only one planning...which is starting to get just a teeny bit annoying...)

Well, would it at least be possible to find out WHO the lodgemasters are and maybe even which warehouses belong to which lodgemaster?

No, they don't have a clue about local geography either. Why would they know who owns whidh warehouses?

I don't know, I'm just trying to come up with stuff to ask about.

It's never going to be as simple as "Tell me all I need to know."

For war crimes, there has basically been a mistake made by the Imperials. In fact, the ball got dropped in the metting with the Senators, but got missed.

For trying to get the blockade up, people have sailed by this by a country mile... err, if you can have country miles out in the ocean. But I'm not going to keep giving the hint.

Rylis, perhaps you could help to prepare for the attack then? Remember that we wanted to get the Senators as priority when we invade. Could you perhaps infiltrate/spy on the Senate Mission or Rebels?

So has Senator Sartorus recommended me any interesting leisure activity on Lanzar? And what is his attitude towards stronger drinks?

(By the way, Melkor has a bit of condescending attitude towards races like Osokans. While Emperor himself clearly isn`t a racist( based on his first apprentice and early associates) it makes sense that he has to support humans since it is easier to create a totalitarian society based on one race. What is your take in Imperial racism?)

You mean the current meeting? I can`t just request the information, can I?

I think it is notable that the entirity of the Imperial forces are Human.

Sartorus' small talk has an inconsequentiality born of a life in politics, and before long is he excusing himself on the grounds of lateness.

I meant what you are looking for got given.

What, excusing himself?! Is he supposed to contact me tomorrow?

Senator Ardonel basically told me that Drakkon fought a war, so it had to be dirty.... Don`t I need some details?

I'm certainly not going into any.

And he hasn't said anything about contacting you, no.

"But I assume we haven`t actually finished, Senator?"

"I am afraid we have, Commissar. The demands on my time are many and our appointment is at an end."

"I assume you would like to think more upon my words?"

"I will be sure to let you know if something relevant turns up."

"So be it," General Coll says. "Come, Commander..."

Meeting adjourned, then...
