Best to make arrangements after you know what someone wants. Having Ties to the Emperor means that you have the authority to make pretty much any deal you like, within common sense reason.

Hmm. I'm sure Lord Vader has something in mind for them. No complaints there, I doubt the Rebels will be bold enough to try flying against our AT-ATs anyways...
